Site and Project Terms.
Ardilis is a solo operation in Antwerp. These terms cover the website and any future project work when it starts.
There is no active client roster here. If that changes, the project terms will be written down before any work starts.
This site is informational. I can change or remove any part of it at any time. Do not rely on it as a standing offer or a guarantee of availability.
There are no active external client contracts on this site today. If we decide to work together later, the scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and support terms will be written down before work starts.
Unless we agree otherwise, custom work transfers to you after full payment. I may reference completed work in my portfolio unless we agree to keep it private.
I build with care, but software can fail. To the extent Belgian law allows it, I am not responsible for indirect losses, missed revenue, or other business damage caused by using the site or delivered software.
Belgian law applies. If a dispute needs to go further, the matter belongs in the Belgian courts.
