Let'stalkproduct.
I work directly with founders and small teams to turn a real problem into a product that can ship. If you want one person to own the work end to end, reach out.
Not sure where to start? Book a free 30-minute technical call — you get a written scope back within 48 hours, no commitment.
Practical answers before we scope anything.
Do you work with clients who have no technical background?
Yes. You do not need to arrive with a technical brief. The discovery call is used to translate the business problem into a clear scope, risks, milestones, and plain-language trade-offs before any build work starts.
What happens if the project scope changes?
Scope changes are written down before work continues. You get the impact on timeline, cost, and existing milestones first, then we decide whether to swap priorities or create a separate phase.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes, when it is agreed before handover. Support can cover bug fixes, monitoring, small improvements, deployment help, or a structured maintenance window after launch.
How do you handle confidential projects?
Confidential work can be covered by an NDA, private repositories, limited access, and separate project communication. Credentials and production access are handled with the minimum permissions needed for the work.
Can you work with our existing codebase?
Yes, but the first step is a codebase review. I check structure, dependencies, deployment setup, risk areas, and whether it is better to improve the current system or isolate a cleaner module.
What is your typical availability and response time?
Typical response time is 24-48 hours on active projects. Availability, meeting rhythm, and urgent-contact expectations are set in the scope document so there is no ambiguity during delivery.
